The dynamic story spun by the film tells us, to the accompaniment of music, about a versatile Kraków-based artist active in painting, printmaking, photography, drawing, and the art book.

The film, made in 2005, is set on the background of the artist’s show held by the ABC Gallery from Poznań at Stary Browar in Poznań. The camera accompanies the artist during the preparations for the show and the film is based on an extensive interview, where Bednarczyk talks about his personal experience of art, his fascinations and emotions.

Andrzej Bednarczyk has since 1985 taken part in exhibitions in 22 countries of Europe, Asia and North America, and has had numerous solo shows in Poland, Switzerland, Belgium, and the United Kingdom.
